April is Stress Awareness Month, and most people reading this are smiling and nodding. Whether we picture ourselves hard at work in the office or in tortoise-slow traffic or with a demanding, unhappy child at the grocery store, we all know how overwhelming stress can be. One quick method of stress-relief is to follow Peter Pan’s instructions. Take a moment to pause and think about a beautiful place, or something you’re thankful for, or a great memory from your family vacation.
