Building Progress Update: Rising Toward a Healthier Future

With every passing week, our Wellness Center is becoming less of a blueprint and more of a reality—and today, we’re thrilled to share another milestone.

We’ve officially reached the halfway point of construction.

What began as demolition and underground work has now taken full shape:
The walls are up, framing is complete, and the outline of a future home for wellness, education, and expanded care now stands proudly on Court Street.

Over the next couple of weeks, crews will begin installing the roof, bringing the structure one major step closer to being weather-tight. And for our neighbors and volunteers who have been navigating the construction zones with patience and good humor—you’ll be happy to hear that the team will soon return access to a proper door as exterior work continues.

Each milestone is more than a construction update.
It’s a marker of how far our community has come together to ensure that more families have access to free, comprehensive healthcare and true preventative wellness support.

Thanks to our partners, donors, volunteers, and everyone cheering this project forward, we continue to build—quite literally—a healthier future for North Pinellas County.
