Diagnostic eye exams (when available)

Referral only from Clinic practitioner

In addition: Physical Therapy, Ear, Nose and Throat Program, Patient Education Program & Coumadin Clinic.

The Clearwater Free Clinic does not provide office visits for those who are involved in litigation.
