At Clearwater Free Clinic, we know that good health depends on more than medical care. Having a safe place to live, access to nutritious food, and reliable transportation can make a meaningful difference in a person's health and well-being.
Our Case Management team helps patients connect with community organizations that address these everyday needs. Through our Community Resources series, we're sharing information about local programs and services to help both our patients and others throughout Pinellas County find the support they need.
